Portalbuilder for personalised print campaigns

GMC Software Technology has announced that TF Graphic Arts has installed GMC's web-based storefront Portalbuilder to launch the offset and commercial printer into the digital printing sector.

GMC Portalbuilder is said to simplify the process and opens the door for print service providers and direct mailing organisations to implement efficient, web-enabled storefronts for the creation, ordering, management and printing of personalised variable data documents and integrated, personalised multi-channel campaigns.

Portalbuilder will enable TF Graphic Arts to develop rapid, web-based storefront offerings for their customer base and prospects while driving digital print output volumes.

The print company also invested in GMC Designer 6.0, the latest addition to the GMC Software suite that contains a number of enhancements and features to improve and extend the product's functionality in the areas of colour management, the repurposing of legacy print streams as well as improvements in proofing and pre-flight.
