Greenlight scoops IDM award for Monarch work
Search agency Greenlight Marketing and Monarch Airlines have been awarded a Business Performance Award by the Institute of Direct Marketing.
The Institute of Direct Marketing's Business Performance Awards are among the marketing profession's most sought-after awards.
The coveted 'Digital Acquisition' award recognises the use of digital media and communications technologies to acquire new customers, whether used in concert with traditional channels or in isolation.
The winners were announced at the awards ceremony and Gala Dinner held on 15 May at the London Marriott Hotel.
Andreas Pouros, Managing Director of SEO at Greenlight, explained: "To be recognised by the IDM in this way is a huge honour.
"We are extremely pleased that the IDM now considers SEM to be such a crucial part of the modern marketing mix.
"The results for the Monarch Airlines campaign were fantastic and we are continuing to build on the success of the campaign".
The IDM award comes after several recent award nominations for Greenlight which works with many of the UK's largest companies to ensure they are implementing the most effective SEM campaigns possible, across both natural and paid search campaigns.
Greenlight and Monarch Airlines were also nominated for a Travolution award earlier this year and an NMA Effectiveness award, the winners of which will be announced in June.
