Green Awards reveals 2008 keynote speaker

The Green Awards has announced the keynote speaker for its third annual ceremony, to be held at the Brewery, London on 12 November 2008.
Kaveh Zahedi of the United Nations Environment Programme is responsible for directing climate change strategy and programmes at the agency.
His address is expected to combine encouragement with a call for urgency to face environmental problems holistically and head-on.
Categories to be decided at the Green Awards include: Best Green Audio-Visual; Best Green Campaigner; Best Green Direct Mail; Best Green Integrated Campaign; Best Green Internal Communications Campaign; Best Green International Campaign; Best Green Digital Campaign; Best Green Outdoor Campaign; Best Green Packaging; Best Green PR Campaign; Best Green Press Campaign; Best Green Radio Campaign; and Best Green Website.
