A quirky set of advertisements has been developed by Gamaroff for Smithwicks to promote its sponsorship of Cat Laughs, an Irish comedy festival.
With a strong competition microsite, the adverts made use of illustrative cartooning to communicate their key message: 'It's funny because it's true.
Users were attracted by cartoon online advertising and could send customised e-cards on the site, as well as win VIP tickets and other goodies.
