Fredhopper enhances customer shopping experience

Debenhams has appointed Fredhopper to improve the shopping experience of its online customers and drive sales.

The agency's core products, including intelligent on-site search, navigation and merchandising, are key components of the retailer's successful website re-launch.

The Debenhams website will roll out new technologies later in April 2010 to further improve its online store user experience.

Fredhopper's search box predictive text and search engine optimisation modules are due to be integrated into the site.

Since the re-launch of its website, Debenhams has seen a double-digit increase in conversions.
