DRL selects Fredhopper to boost on-site conversion

Fredhopper has been selected by DRL for a customer-led, three-phase search and navigation website development project for its consumer-facing retail site, Appliances Online.

The preliminary phase will incorporate an improved on-site search and navigation structure based on findings from customer focus groups.

Developments will be completed by the end of March 2010 and include accommodating for customer spelling mistakes when searching and returning the most relevant results despite these errors.
