Titled "Digital Communications and the Impact of Web 2.0 on brands", CIM has teamed up with leading digital communications agency Freestyle Interactive to host this seminar At the event, presenters Simon Cox and Andy Wood will separate the hype from the reality - they will look at how organisations and brands are rethinking their marketing communications to take advantage of the world of audience and customer interaction and engagement
Freestyle's Simon Cox and Andy Wood will flag a range of hot web marketing topics particularly how the new personal publishing tools like blogs, Wikipedia, YouTube and other social network forums are allowing customers to "rant and rave" about products and services in a way that can be seen and heard in minutes around the world.
