Fresh Tracks has been providing innovative team-building solutions since 1992 to motivate and develop teams and individuals for some of Europe's most forward-thinking organisations.

At Fresh Tracks we understand that when a team has fun, it becomes more effective and relationships grow stronger, bridging the gap between traditional classroom-based team training and more physical outdoor team-building experiences.

We work with business teams of between 12 and 1,200 who want to get the best from their people; we achieve tangible results through conferences, team-building programmes and in-house consultation.

Encouraging people to enjoy the work that they do and to work to their strengths, means that productivity rises, staff turnover falls and people look forward to going to work.

In the past year Fresh Tracks has worked with the likes of Cadbury Schweppes, Discovery Europe and Dell managing programmes in leadership, change and team building.

We have also managed, staff conferences for groups of between 80 and 500 people for Housing Associations including Ability Housing, Radian and West Wiltshire Housing Society.

At Fresh Tracks we develop tailored programmes that are flexible and fun, whether the event lasts several days, or just a few hours.

We ensure that the needs of the client are always met, be it a strategy-planning meeting for a group of senior managers, a reward for a hard-working department, or a fun ice-breaker session to enable a newly formed team to get to know each other.
