Aqualisa is an innovative and inspirational showering brand.
The simple to use, one-stop showering storefront enables customers to find the information they need quickly and easily.
Fortune Cookie deployed EPiServer for a complete site re-design that: focuses on what Aqualisa's customers want, and also gives them what they actually need; makes the site more usable and accessible; removes barriers to sale; is engaging and on brand; uses appropriate tone of voice; features intuitive navigation; streamlines user journeys and online processes.
Diabetes UK is the largest UK charity devoted to the care and treatment of people with diabetes.
Fortune Cookie deployed EPiServer for a complete site rebuild that included an online shop, a user community and a single sign-on process so that visitors can access various site features through a single log-in.
The site is now sophisticated enough to recognised repeat visitors.
Since the site relaunch, there have been 500 visitors to the site each day and the site was named in The Times Top 5 Charity Health Sites, as well as scoring 18/20 in a review in Third Sector magazine.
After the homepage, the new recipes database is the most popular area of the site.
A total of 118,000 people have taken the Two Minute Test to find out if they are at risk from diabetes and one in eight people who saw the Measure Up campaign have acted on it (MORI).
Awareness of Diabetes UK has increased by 5 per cent (MORI).
The site won the award for Best Website at the 2007 Chartered Institute of PR Excellence Awards.
The next stage in the development of the site will be greater personalisation of content, which will demonstrate EPiServer's ability to integrate with third-party tools.
