The organisers of the FINA World Swimming Championships 2008 have announced the final four sponsorship deals, culminating in record commercial revenue for the major sporting event.
The short-course championships has attracted some of the world's top swimmers at Manchester's MEN arena from Wednesday 9 April to Sunday 13 April 2008, taking the total to 15 companies involved With NCP leading as a national sponsor, further deals with Xerox, Toyota and the Trafford Centre have completed the prestigious line-up of companies involved as suppliers

HSBC picks Fast Track to run Lions partnership
Financial services organisation HSBC has appointed Fast Track to manage the activation and delivery of rights for its recently announced partnership with the British and Irish Lions.
Marc Hope, Director of Rights Marketing at Fast Track, said: "We are very pleased to announce the final four deals headed by NCP.
"All 15 companies will be taking full advantage as they enjoy very significant coverage next week".
The deals just announced are as follows: NCP Manchester becomes the National Sponsor of the 9th FINA World Swimming Championships, and will use the event to highlight their new Green Badge parking scheme which offers a 25 per cent discount on annual season tickets in certain Manchester City centre car parks for cars meeting the low emissions criteria.
Toyota becomes the Official Car of the FINA World Swimming Championships, providing vehicles to officials with an emphasis on more environmentally friendly cars such as the Toyota Prius.
Xerox becomes Official Supplier to the event, providing printers, copiers and paper for the operational side of the meet.
The Trafford Centre has increased its support of the FINA World Swimming Championships to include sponsorship of the AGMA Schools Gala on 4 April.
Head of PR, five-times World swimming champion and Mancunian James Hickman, said: "It is fantastic news that NCP, Xerox and Toyota are now on board as part of the record-breaking sponsorship package.
"These companies have recognised what an incredible event the championships will be and the fact it's being held in a concert venue will add to the anticipation.
"With the addition of lighting and sound effects it will be a very rock and roll swim meet".
