HSBC picks Fast Track to run Lions
partnership
Financial services organisation HSBC has appointed Fast Track to manage the activation and delivery of rights for its recently announced partnership with the British and Irish Lions.
Fast Track was instrumental in assisting and securing the sponsorship deal that will see HSBC become the Principal Partner to the British and Irish Lions tour to South Africa in 2009 The agency will now be tasked with the delivery of HSBC's complete involvement with the prestigious Lions tour to the newly crowned World Champions, with particular focus on development of grass roots, delivery of PR and media services, internal awareness and external communications

HSBC recently announced its' principal partnership with the British and Irish Lions at a major press conference at the company's global headquarters in Canary Wharf, London.
Lions legends Martin Johnson, Paul Wallace, Gareth Edwards and Gavin Hastings joined Dyfrig John, Director and Chief Executive of HSBC Bank, and newly appointed Chairman of the British and Irish Lions committee, Gerald Davies, to formally unveil the partnership as the countdown to the Tour of South Africa begins.
