Eyes Wide Open develops strategy for CCS
Eyes Wide Open has developed a long-term marketing strategy for Camden Consultancy Service (CCS) including a corporate identity, revised branding and new marketing materials.
Highway management and engineering company CCS needed to create a corporate identity that would provide a platform from which to begin marketing to potential clients.
The firm had a reliance on a small number of large clients and had no communication strategy to inform prospective clients of its range of skills and services.
CCS also needed to ensure that all staff were behind the marketing plans and would support an ongoing programme of activity.
This would include staff being involved in the business development process, which was going to be a major challenge to the team of professional engineers.
Their buy-in to the process would be critical to the success of any marketing.
Having completed a review of the services and structure within CCS, Eyes Wide Open developed a long-term marketing strategy and worked with the marketing team to deliver a number of objectives.
These included: revised corporate branding; full suite of marketing materials, structured schedule of staff training in marketing, presentations and sales; ongoing programme of activity to raise awareness with target sectors; programme of industry-respected seminars hosted by CCS; and a stronger business development process.
The programme of activity is now delivering high-quality leads and key members of the team are working face-to-face with potential clients.
