"Our Excellence membership has enabled us to enhance our managers' skills and led onto their gaining recognised NVQ qualifications from the Chartered Management Institute", said Gary Lewis, Managing Director of BritSec International.
"The dedicated Investors in People advisor provided as part of our Excellence membership, has also been invaluable in preparing us to achieve IiP recognition and to continue our investment in our staff".
Guy Thomas, Excellence Network Manager at Exemplas, said: "Excellence can give your business and staff so much; as well as gaining an insight into the tools and skills that could help to make your organisation more successful, your membership provides access to a dedicated expert advisor who can identify what you're doing well and what skills gaps and training needs your organisation may have.
