BECA and AEC have merged to form a new association called the Event Supplier and Services Association (ESSA).

ESSA, the Event Supplier and Services Association, is the new association for contractors and suppliers to the events industry formed by the merger between The Association of Exhibition Contractors (AEC) and the British Exhibition Contractors Association (BECA).

It shares a resource with its sister organisations, the Association of Event Organisers (AEO) and the Association of Event Venues (AEV) and thus benefits from the central information source.

The development of a closer relationship and understanding between organisers, their suppliers and venues can only benefit the industry as a whole.

Members benefit from a wide range of support including information, training and advice on issues such as legislation and health and safety, access to industry research, member only networking events and promotion via our association website and magazine among others.
