Par develops CRM links with B2B database
Par has further developed links between proprietary customer relationship management (CRM) systems and its pan-European Eurocontactpool business-to-business (B2B) database.
The company has announced a plug-in for Superoffice CRM and an upgrade to its Microsoft Dynamics CRM plug-in.
A plug-in for Salesforce.com is due for release in August 2009.
Par has worked with Superoffice vendor, Adwiza ApS in Denmark to develop the plug-in, which will enable Superoffice users to link seamlessly with more than 22 million company records in the Eurocontactpool database.
The plug-in - called Par Manager - brings high-quality data directly into Superoffice, enabling both single and mass creation of company data from 16 European databases.
It also enables data cleansing and de-duplication within Superoffice by matching records against the Eurocontactpool master database.
New contact companies can be added by using a simple, web-based search function.
This automatically transfers all information on the company - postal address, telephone number, activity code, size of company, decision-makers' names, and so on - into Superoffice, reducing the time and errors involved in manual inputting.
New potential customers can be accessed using Par Segmentation search tool.
Users can identify a target group and analyse this alongside existing data in the Superoffice CRM, ensuing that duplicates entries are not imported into the target data list.
Par has also announced v2.0 of its Microsoft Dynamics CRM plug-in.
This enables users to enhance information on customers that have, say, responded positively to a marketing campaign.
Full company details can be added direct from Par's Eurocontactpool database and flagged for ongoing monitoring, which continually improves the quality of the CRM database.
This process enables relatively inexpensive databases - containing small amounts of information - to be added to the CRM and then enhanced when there is a genuine business lead.
