In-depth b2b database EuroContactPool is to launch an online business intelligence tool that combines a company's existing customer information with potential leads.

EuroContactPool has chosen The International Direct Marketing Fair in May to launch its online business intelligence tool with a twist: Analysis Online enables a company to find thousands of customers they never even knew existed but have the right profile to buy their products and services It does this by providing constant access to updated, verified market information on customers, leads and the total market, right down to regional and local level

Analysis Online enables users to: profile their own customers, either in total or at a sub-level (such as who bought a specific product in Liverpool in the last quarter); compare their existing customers to the market and ascertain the size of the potential market; prospect within the total market to generate new sales leads.

Analysis Online enables a company to interrogate its own customer data, even down to the level of which customer bought which product, and which sales person sold it to them.

Analysis Online also acts as an operational tool because it is usable not just at a strategic level, but for regional managers who can analyse their local market and generate leads based on what their sales people are already selling within a region or locality.

This intelligence is then enriched by the total population of businesses in the company's target area so that their data can be compared against the universe of potential customers.

EuroContactPool's unique business-to-business database, which contains 19.3 million organisations in 13 countries, is held within Analysis Online.

This enables users not only to find 'similar' customers within their own country, but also to find, for example, customers in Germany who are similar to those they already have in England.

EuroContactPool now contains 19.3 million businesses and 15.4 million named contacts across Europe, all available online with standardised pricing.
