PDSA selects Callcredit for supporter engagement

Callcredit Marketing Solutions has been selected by PDSA to design a supporter engagement programme for its next phase of fundraising.

The project will include contact strategy, segmentation, targeting and channel models.

It will be led by Callcredit Marketing Solutions' consulting practice, which will be tasked with developing a detailed supporter contact strategy aimed at increasing the value and commitment of PDSA supporters across the full range of 'products' from raffle to regular giving.

As part of the project, Callcredit Marketing Solutions will build behavioural and demographic segmentations as well as a number of product-specific targeting models.

The agency will use these insights to evaluate the optimal journey for each supporter and define the data and contact strategy required to achieve this.

This will help PDSA understand the best way of engaging with each donor and assess the suitability of available channels, including direct mail, phone, e-mail, SMS and social media.
