Sustrans' vision is a world in which people choose to travel in ways that benefit their health and the environment.
It is achieving this through innovative but practical solutions to the UK's transport challenges.
The charity's flagship project, The National Cycle Network, now covers 12,000 miles and currently runs within two miles of 75 per cent of the UK population.
Other projects coordinated by Sustrans include Safe Routes to School, Liveable Neighbourhoods and Connect2.
The charity relies heavily on donations from the general public, charitable trusts, lottery funding, government and the private sector for funding.
Primarily targeting social activists and an environmentally conscious audience, Entire's insert campaign will deliver a targeted message, engaging the target audience in areas of interest and driving response.
Ian Bates, Creative Director, Entire, said: "This is a great opportunity to demonstrate the effectiveness of media inserts.
"Public donations are the lifeblood of charities such as Sustrans and we're positive that this campaign will both increase support among a widening audience and drive donations to this important cause.
"It is an honour to be entrusted with such an important campaign, and to work with a charity so enthusiastic about changing the way we live, and the environment we live in".
Jenny Sheriff, Fundraising Director, Sustrans, said: "More people than ever are looking for ways to improve their health and reduce their environmental impact.
"Therefore we think that there has never been a more important time to promote the use of sustainable methods of transport.
"Inserts are a great way of communicating our message and we are very keen to see response rates back to their former levels.
"Entire has already delivered new insights into our target audience and we expect this insert campaign to be a great success".
