CellarDine is a specialist company with high standards, its wine accessory products being sold in major retail stores along the High Street.

The company relies on its suppliers to uphold the quality and standing of its image, to both sell its products and keep the brand relevant and strong Possibly the most important job that CellarDine managing director, Peter Dunne, has to do is to present and manage the brand and, for the past three years, he has relied on ego creative to cover the design and print activities with all the narratives being supplied by CellarDine

After giving the young creative consultancy one brochure, Dunne now entrusts 38 products across the range to ego: "Our retail presence is all important to CellarDine and ego has consistently produced results of the highest standards - on time and on budget".

CellarDine recently introduced a range of 18 bar accessories with a single identity but packaged singly to maximise sales potential within department stores and other large, well-known outlets.

With a wider product offering, the company needed a bigger market presence with imagery that reflected the innovative nature of the range and a treatment that could establish the products with store buyers as well as consumers.

Ego developed the brand taking into consideration style, design and colour pallet.

This was then rolled out across packaging, point-of-sale and trade brochures.

"It's not easy to find suppliers that understand our business," said Dunne.

"In particular, sourcing graphic design and brand management is problematic, few companies want to work within the parameters set".

He continued: "Ego took the time to really get to grips with our products and the market, producing work that exceeded our expectations, bang on time, every time.

"With clients like John Lewis, House of Fraser and Marks and Spencer, quality and deadlines are critical".

Managing Director of ego, James Mason, is more than pleased with the relationship: "We get on well with all our clients, and CellarDine is no exception; when Peter came to us with this new range, we knew exactly what was required - hard work, quality creative and timely execution".
