An eDigitalResearch product story
Edited by the Marketingweek Marketplace editorial team Jul 24, 2008

eDigitalResearch has been appointed by the BBC to provide quarterly surveys and reporting for a variety of its websites.

The online surveys will run on a quarterly basis across a host of bbc.co.uk sites and gather customer feedback on the usability, content and appearance of the sites.

The results are recorded and reported to the BBC, which can then make quick editorial decisions on content, technical improvements and cross-site promotional placements.

Michelle Fuller, director of eDigitalResearch, said: 'Our website usability studies and customer surveys will help the BBC to more openly engage with its public so it can continue to deliver a world-class service.
