Online marketing masterclass speakers announced

E-consultancy has announced the speakers and panellists for its annual Online Marketing Masterclasses conference in London on 18 November 2009.

The conference is said to provide senior digital marketing professionals with the opportunity to learn about best practice online marketing across the customer acquisition, conversion and retention cycle.

Speakers at the event will include Andy Hobsbawm and James Alexander from Dothegreenthing; Guy Stephens, customer knowledge manager at Carphone Warehouse; Katie Smith, head of digital media at Macmillan Cancer Support; Lawrence Merritt, commercial director of Photobox; Markus Schilling, head of e-business solutions at Neckermann; and Julian Sambles, head of audience development at Telegraph Media Group.

The conference is built around the core processes of the digital marketing cycle, addressing the fundamental questions that online marketers face, for example, how to get the right people to your site, how to get visitors to do what you want them to do, how to keep them there and grow their value, and how to measure and optimise the success of your online marketing.
