ECircle has been appointed by Karen Millen to maximise the retailer's email marketing strategy.

As part of the remit, eCircle will provide Karen Millen with its eC-messenger to broadcast emails to its own database, increasing deliverability and brand loyalty.

In addition, eCircle will generate leads through its lead generation website and create media campaigns to drive traffic to Karen Millen's website.

Karen Millen is the sixth retailer from parent company Mosaic Fashions to employ the services of eCircle - it joins Warehouse, Shoe Studio, Oasis, Principles and Coast.

The appointment forms part of Mosaic Fashions' strategy to align its email marketing across its network of brands and ensure that measurement of email campaigns across the group is standardised.

Volker Wiewer, chief executive of eCircle, said: 'It is great Karen Millen is onboard as part of a move by Mosaic Fashions to maximise email marketing.

'We look forward to helping increase its database and generating highly targeted campaigns through e-marketing.

Emma Bott, ecommerce manager at Karen Millen, said: 'We are very excited about the potential of using eCircle's lead generation and email campaign services to acquire new first time Karen Millen customers and expand our existing customer base.
