Dedupe4dynamics improves duplicate detection

DQ Global has announced the release of Dedupe4dynamics CRM, which will allow customers to benefit from improved duplicate detection through the company's fuzzy data matching capabilities.

The product is said to allow non-identical records to be flagged so that merging, purging and re-assignment is dealt with using MSCRM's integral merge/purge facility.

Following the launch of DQ's Saleslogix CRM cleansing technologies (Capture and Cleanse) the company felt MS CRM customers were also in need of a more robust and effective approach to customer record management.

Utilising Dedupe4dynamics CRM tools as a value-add option alongside Microsoft Dynamics CRM, marketing and sales departments are able to obtain contact information for effective campaigns and customer service for maximum return on investment on the customer relationship management (CRM) solution.
