The acquisition of 43 plc, which will be fully integrated into DLG Digital, comes after DLG's appointment in May by Friends Reunited as data partners, and the recent launch of DLG's mobile offering.
It also follows a doubling of DLG's profits over the last 12 months, and a forecast for 2007/08 of £27m sales and £7.9m EBITDA, figures which Jeremy Whitaker has made clear will enable DLG to continue apace with its ambitious expansion plans.
