Virgin Holidays selects Visitor Review solution

Virgin Holidays is adopting the white-labelled Visitor Review solution from Digital Visitor to better interact with its existing customers while reaching out to more via social media.

Visitor Review will allow Virgin Holiday customers to share and exchange their travel experiences by posting photos, videos and reviews of destinations they travel to.

This user-generated content will be displayed on the relevant pages of Virgin Holidays' website showcasing visitors with authentic experiences from other likeminded travellers.

A key objective for implementing this on-site social media solution is to provide Virgin Holidays with a real measurable return on investment by increasing organic traffic to its website, increasing the browsing time of its customers and increasing the number of enquiries and conversions from booking pages displaying social media content and reviews.

Virgin Holidays will be launching this application on its website in July.
