Loch Fyne Restaurants has selected the Communicator enterprise e-mail management platform from Communicator Corp to manage its customer contact data management and e-mail marketing campaigns.
Communicator will integrate all the postal and online customer contact details captured from diners and manage the whole contact lifecycle for targeted and multi-thread e-mail marketing campaigns that build customer loyalty.
In addition to seasonal, local postcode and customer birthday voucher campaigns, Loch Fyne will also use Communicator to e-mail customers about upcoming events.
