Cybertech enterprise recording solutions unveiled
Cybertech International has announced a range of enterprise recording solutions that help achieve compliance with international Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
They provide companies that process and store payment card data with cost-effective, easy-to-manage enterprise recording solutions to help to eliminate the incidence of credit card fraud, hacking and various other security vulnerabilities and threats.
Cybertech recording solutions support the PCI DSS guidelines by enabling the implementation of strong control measures to restrict access to confidential cardholder data.
They use enhanced security features including unique user IDs, alphanumeric passwords, domain authentication and account lockout mechanisms.
The level of access to the voice-recorder browser application and replay of calls is controlled by the permissions given to each individual account.
To provide additional protection, all stored cardholder calls and data on the recorder server and archive media across the network are encrypted using 256-bit Rijndael AES audio encryption and standard MD5 fingerprinting.
All replay browser application passwords are also stored in an encrypted format.
Cybertech provides a range of tools that enables organisations to track and monitor all access to network resources and call data.
The system includes two audit trails that allow individual call and user access to be monitored, as well as more detailed reporting.
Organisations also have the ability to delete stored data and calls from the recorder server after a preset time interval.
Cybertech recording solutions also offer standard integration with most IP and digital handsets, allowing agents to either pause or mute the parts of a call where personal data such as PANs (Primary Access Numbers), CVCs (Card Validation Codes) or PIN codes are provided by the customer.
Cybertech also offers a bespoke development service that uses APIs (application programming interfaces) to automate this process subject to the appropriate telephony environment.

This is achieved through the use of open standards and commercial off-the-shelf products and applications that are easy to integrate with existing servers and network security standards over a virtually unlimited number of channels.
