Activa rebrands as CyberTech UK

Call recording and quality management specialist Activa Solutions is changing its name to CyberTech UK on 7 July 2008.

The company was acquired last August by CyberTech International, which is accelerating its global roll-out after 22 years of steady organic growth and aiming to become one of the largest suppliers of voice recording and quality management solutions worldwide.

Paul Manyweathers, Managing Director of CyberTech UK, said: "The name may be changing but the people and high-quality service are unchanged.

CyberTech UK will be supplying CyberTech's full range of solutions including new computer screen recording and call evaluation applications that measurably improve the customer experience in call centres of every size.

They enable PC monitor screens and telephone calls to be recorded and replayed simultaneously and include a new agent evaluation application that enables more effective and informed interaction assessments to be made.

According to Arno Sybrandy, Global Marketing Director, CyberTech International: "Our growing global customer base, which includes major financial institutions, large call centres and public safety organisations, is standardising on CyberTech recording solutions because they provide 'best-in-class' features with the flexibility to add a wide range of different optional applications.

CyberTech UK will be exhibiting at Call Centre Expo 2008 at the NEC in Birmingham on 16-17 September and is also sponsoring the North East Contact Centre Awards 2008 in November.
