Cyber-Duck utilises Tobii eye-tracking technology

A Cyber-Duck product story
Edited by the Marketingweek Marketplace editorial team Aug 2, 2010

Cyber-Duck has bought the Tobii T60 Eye Tracker to provide its clients with user-generated feedback throughout the process of web production and software-as-a-service usability testing.

The Tobii Eye Tracker is a device that, combined with Tobii Studio, offers comprehensive gaze analysis and visualisation software.

It is said to be ideal for all forms of eye tracking studies with on-screen stimuli and offers objective results for testing the usability of websites, software and computer games, without any visible 'tracking devices' that might affect the user's normal behaviour.

Cyber-Duck's key clients can now obtain critical user behaviour analysis and insight into the user's experience of their websites and applications.

It includes features such as gaze plots, retrospective think-aloud and areas of interest and enhances the objectivity of the design process, moving away from subjective 'think-aloud' methods that require users to verbalise actions.
