The Market Creative has developed a new retail concept for the flagship Lakeside Moben, Sharps and Dolphin store.

The shopper marketing and design specialist has created 27 kitchen, bedroom and bathroom sets running over 3,500ft2 in Homeform's latest hub store.

It has also produced promotional material to influence the customer shopping experience, such as point-of-sale, postcards and swing tags.

The Market Creative has placed more emphasis on the principles of designing a new kitchen, bedroom or bathroom, strengthening the proposition and providing shoppers with a richer experience.

Sue Benson, managing director of the Market Creative, said: 'With Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen acting as design ambassador, we have introduced more elements that discuss the principles of design to encourage customers to engage more with the process and take advantage of the services available to them.

'When working with such a large space it is vital that you focus on ensuring the shopper has a clear navigable journey around the store, incorporating highlights on the way to engage, inform and educate,' she added.

The store design is based on the 'Fit Around You' concept, which was developed by the Market Creative to capture both the emotional and functional benefits of buying a new kitchen, bedroom or bathroom.
