Confimit and Square Systems have announced a partnership to offer an enhanced data collection platform to European customers.
According to the agreement, Confirmit will add Square Systems' interactive voice response (IVR) survey system Opinion-8 to complement its existing online, telephone, paper and face-to-face data collection channels.
By adding IVR to the platform Confirmit enables customers to build fully automated, telephony-based data collection into their feedback programmes, extending the reach and effectiveness of such programmes.
