Confirmit has joined forces with Cisco Webex to deliver a webcast highlighting the strategic impetus behind Cisco Webex's decision to implement a voice of the customer programme.

In the webinar, Kathryn Williams, senior manager, customer experience and loyalty at Cisco Webex, will share the lessons learned and the success achieved in the Confirmit-powered programme so far.

Williams will also talk about how reports and alerts form a key part of the programme and generate action in the business, and how the programme has delivered cost savings and increased revenue to different parts of the organisation In addition, Gary Schwartz, vice-president, product marketing at Confirmit, will discuss the advantages that attitudinal data brings to companies that implement Enterprise Feedback Management solutions, and how businesses should consider the 'moments of truth' in the overall customer experience to optimise the value of the programme.

The webinar will be held at 16 October 2008 at 10:00am Pacific Daylight Time (GMT -07:00, San Francisco) and registration is available through the AMA website.
