Confirmit has launched Confirmit Data Central, a new evolution of the former Pulse Train data processing tool, which streamlines data processing functions.

Confirmit Data Central includes a wide range of enhancements that have been designed to provide integration with the Confirmit platform, increase performance and make the tool even more productive.

A new Confirmit XML operation in the tool allows users to connect easily to a Confirmit system, extract data for processing, and then upload processed data for reporting purposes.

The entire process can be completed in a few straightforward steps.

In addition, Confirmit Data Central now supports Triple-S XML 2.0, and provides an operation for upgrading Triple-S classic files to this format.

This enhances the number of import and export formats supported.

A number of other developments to the Confirmit Data Central tool have also been made, in response to customer requests, to simplify the user experience.

These include an improved Topline Report operation - all variables can be selected by default, if preferred, saving user time when setting up the Topline Report operation.

Ability to add notes to each object in the data processing workflow - improves transparency by enabling comments to be shared with colleagues and providing clearer visualisation of each data processing step.

Improvements in refreshing and running projects - provides quicker and clearer performance of each data processing step.

An improved Data Cleaning operation - users are able to define rules in the Clean operation more quickly and now have more options for viewing, setting, turning off, copying/pasting and checking rules or actions.

An improved Data Extending operation, creating new variables - it is now possible to change the category text, change a variable more easily, define categories more easily and alphabetically sort categories.
