FileMaker encourages upgrades from Pro 7

A Cruse Control product story
Edited by the Marketingservicestalk editorial team Jun 9, 2008

FileMaker has announced that, as from Friday 26 September 2008, it will no longer be supporting FileMaker Pro 7, or offering replacement media for this product.

As a result of this, FileMaker has a special upgrade price available for people who would like to upgrade from FileMaker Pro 7, 8 or 8.5 to FileMaker Pro 9 before this date.

FileMaker is also offering special pricing for purchasers of volume licenses.

For example, to upgrade 10 licences of FileMaker Pro 7 to FileMaker Pro 9, the price is GBP950, a saving of GBP350.

Plus, you'll get any new upgrades that are released during the year at no additional charge.

Finally, for new licences, there is also a 20 per cent discount on the 10 user + free FileMaker Server bundle, saving GBP570 on the usual price and, again, you'll get any new upgrades that are released during the year at no additional charge.

Educational and Charity pricing is also included in the above offers.

There are one or two other offers too, including rebates on boxed products.

Full details are on the Cruse Control website.
