CRM service provides clean data for campaigns

Manhattan Associates has selected CRM Technologies to provide a data management service that will help the company deliver more effective marketing campaigns though the use of clean data.

The service will provide Manhattan users with a 100 per cent valid and up-to-date data set so they can focus on successful campaign execution without being distracted by data quality or integrity issues.

Manhattan Associates uses the Salesforce tool for its marketing activities.

The quality of its campaign responses depend entirely on the quality of information within the database, from the start.

The company also needs an up-to-date single view of each contact on a marketing data set - with accurate information derived from different sources.

These issues present them with the challenge of maintaining effective data integrity.

CRM Technologies' data maintenance service takes raw data and cleans, matches, de-dupes, and combines the data using a pre-defined set of business rules and data standards to ensure that the final records are as accurate as possible.

The new data is then applied either directly back to the Salesforce system or provided as a single data set ready to be loaded by Manhattan Associates.

Using a combination of sophisticated automation and manual intervention processes, the service ensures that data is fully-serviced and returned in both a logical and usable condition.
