Siemens campaign scoops Employee Benefits award
Creative Direction has picked up an internal communications award from Employee Benefits magazine for its 'My Choice' campaign to promote uptake of Siemens' flexible benefits scheme.
Creative Direction Consultants has won an internal marketing award from the UK's leading benefits publication, Employee Benefits, in the category Communications strategy of the year.
The winning campaign - My Choice - was created for Siemens to promote uptake of its flexible benefits scheme amongst more than 14,000 UK staff.
This campaign achieved a massive 70% take-up rate of the scheme and saved the company £2.2 million in National Insurance Contributions.
