The Mall teams up with Virgin Vie At Home

Cocktail Marketing has created a partnership between The Mall, the community shopping centre brand, and Virgin Vie At Home, the award-winning cosmetics, jewellery and homeware company.

The partnership forms part of a nationwide 'makeover' campaign, running for two months in April and May 2008.

Virgin Vie At Home will provide consultants to 22 Malls across the country for two-day promotional slots, offering mini-makeovers and beauty treatments to all Mall customers, free of charge.

Virgin Vie At Home will also provide 22 runner-up prizes of a makeover at home, to be promoted in The Mall branded 'Fashion Passport', handed out to fashion shoppers during the campaign.

In return, The Mall is providing Virgin Vie At Home with the opportunity to promote its services in their 22 Malls, as well as providing brand exposure on point of sale marketing collateral worth GBP500,000.

Bernadette Stevens, Marketing and Promotions Manager for The Mall, said: "Marketing partnerships are a fantastic means of creating brand endorsement with a synergetic lifestyle partner.

"We are very pleased to be working with such a key name in the beauty industry on this campaign and are actively seeking to use partnerships in the future to achieve our marketing objectives".

Over 60 per cent of the total offer is fashion related, with a key target demographic of 16-24 year olds.

The proportion of Mall shoppers aged 16-24 is 64 per cent higher than the national average.

Virgin Vie At Home is an award-winning cosmetics, jewellery and homeware business with 12,000 consultants nationwide who will come to your home to showcase its gorgeous line-up of products.

Virgin Vie At Home also provides an online shopping service and has 14 retail stores nationwide.
