Concep to enhance Billetts online

Media consultancy Billetts has appointed digital marketing technology provider Concep to execute an online campaign to improve email delivery, raise its profile and support its new business drive.

Billetts, the media consultancy, has appointed Concep, the global provider of digital marketing technology, to execute an online campaign to improve the quality and effectiveness of its email delivery, raise the profile of its brand and in particular its Marketing Investment Management service and support its new business drive through more targeted and intelligent marketing communications.

Martin Wright, Managing Partner at Billetts, said: "We were looking for an online partner who could help us attract and retain clients and make our overall communications more efficient and measurable.

"Fundamentally, we want to instil more brand consistency in our marketing and recognise that the analytical functionality of the Concep solution will also enable us to monitor the success of individual campaigns".

Wright continued: "Now we are in a position whereby we can provide the sales team with concrete data and statistics on who is reading our material and what specifically they are interested in.

"This undoubtedly improves the entire sales and marketing process and enables us to maximise leads and increase our new business conversion rate".

Concep Campaigner will be used by Billetts to deliver personalised and dynamic online content.

The solution will enable Billetts to analyse the recipient experience, including what information links were of interest and what areas of Billetts' new website were viewed.

Essentially, the data extracted from Concep's reporting tool will be used to further develop relationships in respect to making future communications more relevant.

The email templates designed by Concep, in conjunction with the in-house creative team, are flexible and allow different business units within the organisation to use the technology and remain on-brand with every communication.

The reporting function within Concep Campaigner is easy to use and can be tailored depending on what information and statistics are required.

The information it provides also enables Billetts to cleanse and de-duplicate its existing database.
