Concep launches ecard interface for B2B market

Global marketing technology provider Concep has launched its ecard interface, allowing even the design-phobic to create, customise and distribute elegantly branded electronic holiday cards.

The interface allows even the most design-phobic professionals to easily create branded ecards, saving the expense, headaches and waste of traditional paper greetings.

"Until now, e-cards have not really crossed the threshold into the professional or corporate setting," said Anthony Green, President of Concep New York.

"Concep is taking e-cards to the office by enabling companies with no design or technical experience to easily create elegant holiday cards that incorporate the company branding with very little time spent.

"And, since this is a B2B interface, the distribution lists can be easily accessed; with the press of one button, the holiday greeting cards are done".

Users of the ecard interface access their account through a secure website, where they can quickly and easily upload contact information as a CSV (Comma Separated Values) list, or export contact details from Outlook or a CRM system.

The design approval process is simplified thanks to a centralised process management tool.

Ecard templates are designed to be consistent with a company's brand identity by Concep's creative services team, for occasions such as holiday greetings, as well as for other purposes throughout the year.

The cards are also multilingual and can be personalised with unique messages for some or all recipients.

"Our clients are committed to reducing paper waste, and they demonstrate this by investing in paperless solutions such as the Concep ecard interface," added Green.

"In the spirit of holiday giving, we're encouraging our clients to donate the money saved, about 90 per cent of a traditional print mailing, to a charitable cause".

The ecard interface is available immediately and suitable for any organisation that wants to send professionally branded, interactive ecards while helping to reduce environmental waste.
