Clash-Media launches Clash Voice service
Clash-Media has launched Clash Voice, a service that combines online lead generation and telephone data gathering.
The company said Clash Voice will enable marketers to enhance their online and digital marketing campaigns because they can collect, manage and optimise data that is difficult to access through the internet, for example, older generations or within markets such as financial services, which contain sensitive data.
By integrating contact centre capabilities into its digital marketing campaigns, Clash-Media said it is able to boost the efficiency of its lead generation and enhance the likelihood of conversions.
Forrester research has suggested that of all consumers happy to shop on the web, 40 per cent prefer the service they receive over the phone - these are the consumers that Clash Voice will target.
The service can transfer hot leads directly to a client's contact centre - keeping them on the phone - to optimise sales CPA.
The service can also be used for quality verification of data gathered online.
