CJ Services refreshes Morrisons snack aisle

CJ Services has been appointed to introduce a new look and feel to the evening snacking theatre in Morrisons supermarket to uplift sales for Walkers crisps.

The company was tasked with uplifting category sales in the supermarket for Walkers crisps and snacks by replacing existing point-of-purchase fixtures and updating product layout for the entire crisps and snacks aisle.

In stage one, CJ Services conducted store surveys to capture shelf and gondola criteria, and data analysis to provide layout and planogram information to the client.

Stage two saw the de-installation and relocation of existing theatre, a complex overnight distribution operation and installation involving pre-installation, staff briefings and field training sessions.

The project was monitored by real-time transmission of data to a bespoke client web portal.

In stage three, CJ Services completed the overnight installation of crisps and snack bays, pre-installation training, and merchandising of product to planogram.
