Chat Moderators wins Huggies Super-Dry contract

Chat Moderators has won a contract with Kimberly-Clark's Huggies Super-Dry brand of nappies for the provision of moderation services for its photo-sharing website.

The Super-Dry Discoveries website is foremost a competition where parents can upload photos and videos of their babes, aged less than 15 months, for other users and a judging panel to score.

The competition is celebrating babies' everyday discoveries, and parents are encouraged to submit photos or videos of their child embarking on a 'discovery' or going about 'adventures'.

Chat Moderators has been appointed to moderate for submissions that fall far out of this broad description, although unusual and innovative ways of depicting 'adventures and discoveries' are encouraged.

The concept is linked with the idea of Huggies Super-Dry nappies enabling infants to be more adventurous.

As well as photographs and videos, moderators will be responsible for monitoring the textual descriptions people attach to submissions and comments made by users about other people's content.

All content on the site is pre-moderated, meaning that it is all checked before it is published.
