It also includes the documents and wording required under the latest regulations to exclude the security of tenure provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
Advertising Licence - This agreement is designed for use by the owner of a building or other structure who wishes to grant the right for billboards or advertising hoardings to be affixed to it.
It sets out the licence fee, the duration of the licence and the arrangements for the licensee to get access to erect advertisements as well as other obligations and duties of the owner and the advertiser.
