Carrier IQ and Celfinet partner for mobile deal
Mobile service intelligence provider Carrier IQ is using Celfinet's expertise in professional and consultancy services to help European operators maximise mobile service intelligence deployment.
Carrier IQ, the leader in mobile service intelligence solutions for wireless service providers and equipment vendors, and Celfinet, the specialist in professional and consulting services for mobile telecommunications, have announced a partnership agreement to facilitate the deployment of Carrier IQ's mobile service intelligence solutions to European operators and service providers.
Carrier IQ's Mobile Service Intelligence solution uses the phone to provide mobile operators and service providers with an insight into the actual customer experience by submitting detailed metrics on usage and usability.
Celfinet will work with the carriers and service providers in order to build analytics so as to ensure that the operators are deriving maximum benefit from the data provided by Carrier IQ's solution.
