Merkle utilises Callcredit consumer classification

Callcredit Information Group has signed a multi-year deal with customer relationship marketing agency Merkle to supply international consumer segmentation tools.

Merkle is using Callcredit's Cameo Consumer Classification and Analysis directories to help its clients better connect with their customers.

In addition, Callcredit's data on the central US, European and Australian markets allows Merkle to improve the targeting and messaging relevance of its clients' customer communications regionally.

Marc Fanelli, vice-president of global data solutions at Merkle, said: 'Callcredit's range of consumer classifications in the international market is a valuable toolkit for our clients' customer enhancement and prospect targeting.

'The system's ability to assess socio-economic and geodemographic profiles of neighbourhoods worldwide will expand Merkle's global reach and provide valuable and relevant insights for our clients.
