8 June 2011 - The Trading Floor, now part of Callcredit Information Group, has appointed a product manager and a new business development manager to complement its existing team.
Craig Robertson has joined as senior product manager from AI (Communisis) and will be responsible for the live data product People in Play.
In his new role as new business development manager, Lee Bennett will concentrate on introducing the Trading Floor's customer and acquisition marketing solutions to a wider market.
The appointments coincide with the company's move from its existing premises in Sowerby Bridge near Halifax to Callcredit Information Group's head office in Leeds.
19 January 2011 - Callcredit Information Group has announced the purchase of data provider the Trading Floor.
This will allow Callcredit to offer clients an even wider range of services from a comprehensive data pool.
The Trading Floor's data will complement and strengthen Callcredit's prospect database Core, delivering access to the names and addresses of 41 million UK consumers selectable by a combination of demographic, behavioural and transactional variables.
The combined database will provide access to what is said to be one of the largest sources of e-mail addresses, mobile telephone numbers and landline telephone numbers in the UK.
12 November 2010 - Callcredit Information Group has strengthened its marketing solutions team by appointing Neil Evans as head of database solutions.
Evans is responsible for growing the reach of Callcredit's database solutions, expanding the client base while maintaining high levels of service and efficiency for existing clients.
He will focus specifically on developing markets and delivering customer engagement solutions that create real value.
Prior to joining Callcredit, Evans was business development director at Database Group, where he was responsible for sales and marketing activity, including managing prospects and supplier relationships He also helped to manage and run a direct marketing agency and held in-house marketing roles at Zurich and Merrill Lynch.
6 September 2010 - Callcredit Information Group has appointed Adrian Mitri and Tom Ilube in the roles of chief operating officer and managing director of consumable markets, respectively.
Mitri joins Callcredit from Allianz Insurance, where he was director of retail operations.
He previously held positions at Lehman Brothers, Global Home Loans and Equifax.
Ilube will lead the development of the business-to-consumer propositions for Callcredit.
He was the founder and chief executive of Garlik, the VC-backed online identity protection company.
He was previously chief information officer at Egg and has held positions at Goldman Sachs and PWC.
