CACI and Neolane announce strategic partnership

CACI has announced a strategic partnership with Neolane that will enable CACI to offer clients a fully hosted marketing database and multichannel campaign management solution using Neolane's software.

From October, businesses will be able to integrate their e-mail, web, SMS, direct mail and telephone communications with their customers in real time, to improve campaign effectiveness.

The hosted database service will combine client data with CACI's digital data products, consumer enhancement data and Acorn demographic segmentation tool.
