Business Marketing Online (BMO) has launched its Insider Programme, which is aimed at bridging the gap between training and full-time consultancy in online marketing development.

The GBP500 a month programme combines relevant, practical advice and training with consultancy.

Subscribers will receive a concise 'Practical Steps' sheet each week, giving tips that can be put into action straight away.

They will also get monthly reports on their site, investigating topical issues and performance indicators such as broken links and external links, as well as access to a private members' area on the Business Marketing Online website.

The Practical Steps sheets cover topics such as: site essentials, such as setting up traffic analysis and webmaster tools; site structure and page design for better visibility in the search engines; how to set up pay per click advertising campaigns and use them cost-effectively; the value of quality external links and how to set about getting more of them; the importance of keyword research and how to go about it; and supporting activities such as e-mail campaigns, surveys and company blogs.

Business Marketing Online is also offering full-time e-mail support for any specific advice subscribers may need.

In addition to the standard membership plan, there's a special plan for advertising and PR agencies to join their clients as a group, to help establish the agency as more of an authority in the online marketing space.
