Buffalo finalist in prestigious Sabre awards
Buffalo Communications, the B2B and high-tech specialist consultancy has been named as a finalist in the prestigious Sabre Awards for its work with global business software leader Luxoft.
The nomination is for a campaign which saw Buffalo launch Luxoft into the UK.
Buffalo also worked to raise the profile of Russia as an outsourcing destination with great success.
In the course of the campaign, Buffalo increased brand recognition of Luxoft among end-users (in Luxoft's core banking financial service and insurance target markets) from 7 per cent to 64 per cent, journalist recognition from zero to 80 per cent, while gaining 45 pieces of quality A list and B list coverage in the first quarter working with Luxoft.
Buffalo also submitted and secured a win for Luxoft in the NOA Financial Outsourcing Project of the Year Award.
Buffalo Managing Director, Kerry Hallard, is delighted with the finalist position: "Our work with Luxoft saw them move from relative anonymity to the best regarded high-end software developers from Russia operating in the UK marketplace.
"Our partnership with Luxoft has delivered excellent results and to the extent that the company is now working with our European partners to introduce its strategic footprint on a pan-European basis".
Buffalo is contesting the category with Waggener Edstrom, Burson-Marsteller, Hotwire and Llorente y Cuenca, a Spanish agency.
The winners will be announced on the 22 May at the awards ceremony in Venice.
