Translation and typesetting of leaflet completed

A Translation People product story
Edited by the Marketingweek Marketplace editorial team Jun 1, 2009

The Translation People has completed the translation and typesetting of high-profile communications materials for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO).

The firm won the contract to translate six updated versions of the FCO's 'Support for British Nationals Abroad' information leaflets.

The 32-page A4 guides - also available in summary versions - provide information about what to do in cases of illness or disaster when travelling internationally, and explain how British embassies overseas can help.

The Translation People organised the translation and typesetting of new versions of the guides, which were written in English, into six commonly spoken languages in the UK: Welsh, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Urdu and Traditional Chinese.
